Shipping and delivery

US orders are shipped USPS First Class with a tracking number. Insurance and signature confirmation options are available upon request, but generally I have not found them to be necessary. Already-made items will be shipped within 5 days after payment has cleared. Custom orders take 1 to 3 weeks to be completed and shipped (we will discuss timelines when you place your order).
